DAVID & NORMA MORSEDavid is the current director of the mission on the field. He is part of the Servant Leadership Team (SLT) for the mission, and he is also director of the literature department of NBCM. He is Eugene Morse's oldest son. Raised in a Lisu village in Burma has made speaking the Lisu language natural for him. He and his staff of three Lisu tribal pastors, work to produce teaching resources for 12 language groups throughout Southeast Asia. As the computer man of the mission, David custom engineers computer code for minority languages. He reconstructs computer hardware and software to fit the needs of scripts never before entered into computer keyboards. Norma has a ministry among women's groups in the Chiang Mai area, and she also assists David with management and secretarial duties at the office. |
